SAQ - was founded in 1996, given the youth of the Internet this makes it a well established ISP. The company name, SAQ is an acronym for “Service, Access, Quality” which is both the company motto and ethos.
SAQ’s goal is to provide a good quality service for a fair price. Our success in achieving this goal is reflected in the very low rates of churn amongst our clients (i.e. companies and individuals tend to stay with us).
Key Reasons for Using SAQ
- We are always there: if a client has a problem we are only a phone call away (i.e. clients can quickly and easily reach a friendly, technically knowledgeable SAQ person who can help them: no answer machines, no labyrinthine telephone systems - “press 1 for… 2 for … etc”, no 50p per minute to speak to us).
- We charge fair prices which reflect the cost of providing the service plus a margin that enables SAQ to invest in the future (and thus to have a future). We believe that many of our competitors have lost sight of this important issue.
